The creative trace of celebration
I approach my abstraction of celebration as a performative ritual—one that commemorates moments of joy. In this series, I explore the very essence of what a celebration can offer, not only as a visual experience but as something potentially transcendent.
Glitter, confetti, gold leaf, whisky and free, exuberant gestures of expression become my ritual tools. These works embody the ecstasy of creation driven by delight, where the act of making is itself the celebration.
